Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the FastGen Cloud Terms of Service. FastGen Cloud is a safe-for-work, general-purpose image and video generation service. We enforce this policy technically — prompts, input images, and every generated output are screened automatically before delivery — and through account review.

Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, or distribute:

• Sexual or adult content of any kind: nudity intended to be sexual, sexual acts, pornography, erotica, fetish content, or “undressing” of any person, whether photorealistic or stylized.
• Content involving minors that is sexual, suggestive, or otherwise exploitative, or any attempt to depict a minor in such a way. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, and results in immediate permanent termination.
• Non-consensual likenesses. Images or videos of real, identifiable people without their consent, including deepfakes, impersonation, and depictions of public figures in false or misleading situations.
• Graphic violence, gore, or cruelty, or content that promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Hateful or harassing content that attacks or demeans people based on protected characteristics, or that targets an individual for harassment.
• Illegal content and activity, including content that facilitates fraud, weapons or drug manufacture, or other crimes, and content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• Deceptive media presented as authentic (e.g. fake news imagery, forged documents, counterfeit product imagery) without clear disclosure that it is generated.

Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to bypass or probe moderation, rate limits, or other technical controls (including via prompt manipulation, encoded text, or repeated resubmission of blocked content).
• Reselling raw API access without adding your own product, or using the Service to build a service whose primary purpose is prohibited content.
• Using another person’s API key or account, or scraping the Service.
• Uploading malware or content designed to disrupt the Service.

Enforcement

• Requests that violate this policy are rejected with a content_blocked error and refunded to your balance. Blocked outputs are deleted and never delivered.
• Repeated blocks pause the account pending review; serious or repeated violations result in suspension or termination without refund of consumed amounts.
• We may retain metadata about blocked requests (never the blocked images themselves, except where preservation is legally required) for abuse prevention.

Reporting

To report content or an account you believe violates this policy, email support@fastgencloud.com with the job id, URL, or other identifying information. Rights holders may submit takedown requests to the same address.
